You can book directly through our online booking page. Choose your service, fill in your details and your preferred date and time — then send your R150 deposit via EFT to confirm. You can also reach us via WhatsApp if you prefer.

A non-refundable deposit of R150 is required to secure your slot. This must be paid immediately after booking — your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Payment is via EFT or eWallet.

No — the R150 deposit is non-refundable. It secures your time slot and compensates for the preparation involved. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so we can accommodate you.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to find you a new slot. Please note that the deposit remains non-refundable regardless of rescheduling, and last-minute changes may not always be accommodated.

Arriving up to 15 minutes late will incur a late fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means your deposit is forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled. Please plan your journey in advance to avoid this.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow. If you wear contact lenses, you may want to remove them beforehand as you'll be lying with your eyes closed. If you require a lash removal before your new set, arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time.

If you currently have extensions from another studio, a removal may be required before your new set. Please let us know when booking so we can allocate extra time. If you need a removal, arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Application times vary by service: Classic sets take approximately 90 minutes, Hybrid sets around 2 hours, Volume sets 2.5 hours, and Mega Volume sets up to 3 hours. Please plan your day accordingly and avoid booking anything immediately after your appointment.

We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. Leaving it longer than 3 weeks may mean you need a full new set rather than a fill, as too many natural lashes will have shed along with their extensions.

It depends on your lifestyle and look. Classic is perfect for a natural, everyday enhancement. Hybrid gives texture and dimension — the most popular choice. Volume is for those who love a full, fluffy look. Mega Volume is bold, high-fashion and maximum impact. If you're unsure, we recommend starting with Hybrid. Yes — when applied correctly by a trained technician, lash extensions are completely safe. We use premium, lash-safe adhesives and take your natural lash health seriously. We will never apply extensions that are too heavy for your natural lashes. Following proper aftercare is equally important for maintaining the health of your lashes.

A fill tops up any lashes that have shed since your last appointment — it's a maintenance service, not a full redo. A full set starts from scratch on clean, bare lashes. If you've left it longer than 3 weeks, or if more than 50% of your previous set has shed, a full set will be recommended for the best result.

For the first 24–48 hours after your appointment: avoid water, steam, saunas, swimming pools and sweaty workouts. After that, avoid oil-based products around the eye area as oil breaks down the adhesive bond. Never sleep face-down, and try not to rub or pick at your lashes.

Clean your lashes daily using a lash-safe, oil-free foam cleanser and a soft cleansing brush. Gently brush through the lashes and rinse. Clean lashes last longer — buildup of makeup, oil and debris weakens the adhesive and can cause irritation. We stock aftercare products at the studio.

We strongly advise against mascara on lash extensions. Mascara — especially waterproof formulas — weakens the adhesive bond and makes lashes very difficult to clean. One of the great benefits of extensions is that you don't need mascara. If extra volume is needed, book a fill or upgrade your set.
